Hungry for more ideas that is. I may have just blogged about my sister's yummy french breakfast puffs, but I am way bored with my dinner menu. I feel like I've done the same things over and over, so now I'm not really making anything. Because of that we are eating out more, or eating at home but not as healthy as flavorful home cooked dinners. So, I beg, I plead, if you have any good dinner recipes that you are willing to share, please share with me!

We always love this recipe. I like to call it Tati's Teriyaki Chicken:
1/2 c. Italian Dressing
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 pound diced chicken
Mix all ingredients in saucepan and simmer for about 20-30 minutes. Pour over rice and enjoy!
(I like to add in a bunch of sauteed veggies to go with it, too)
porkchops are delicious when you marinate them in a tomato-based vinagrette and bake in a covered dish. Serve with salad and rice or potatoes.
Also, I often bake fish filets (salmon) in the oven wrapped in tin foil (I also do chicken this way). Place fish filet on a large sheet of foil, drizzle with a little olive oil then sprinkle with the seasoning of your choice. Fold the foil over and roll the edges so it is sealed all the way around and bake at 350 for about 20 minutes.
